Perform identity verification

1. Log in to your platform account using a computer or mobile device and navigate to the "Profile".

2. Before verification is completed, the "Add a credential" button on the screen should appear grayed out, and the security level will be displayed (as shown in Figure 1).

3. Click "Verify" in the identity verification field, then select "Start" to begin the verification process.

1. From the dropdown menu, select the "Issuing Country" and "Identification Type" for your credential, then click "Continue" (as shown in Figure 2).

2. Click on the credential field and upload the document file using your computer or by taking a photo with your mobile device (as shown in Figure 3).

   • Please ensure that your mobile browser has permission to access the camera.

   • If you do not have a document file on your computer, you can click "Use Mobile" in the bottom right corner, scan the QR code displayed on the screen, and upload your document file by taking a photo with your mobile device.

1. After uploading the document, use your mobile device to scan the QR code displayed on the computer screen to take a facial photo (as shown in Figure 4).

2. Position your face within the circular frame and smile as prompted on the screen. The system will automatically detect and capture the photo (as shown in Figure 5).

1. After completing the photo capture, verify that your personal information is correct on the computer or mobile device screen (as shown in Figure 6).

   1. The "Document Type" and "Country Code" were selected prior to uploading the document. If changes are needed, return to Step 4 to make new selections.

   2. Carefully review each piece of personal information to ensure accuracy and expedite the review process.

2. Once you confirm the information is correct, click "Next" to submit for review.

3. The review process typically takes 5-10 business days. Upon completion, the self-upload credential function will be enabled.

After the review is complete, the system will automatically import the uploaded identity document to the credential management page, which can be used for in-person verification in the future.
