Use the dropdown menu to select the certificate’s visibility. If you choose "Only the owner can view", it will be visible to you only.

  1. Click to turn on/off the shared link of the certificate.

  2. Use the dropdown menu to select the certificate’s visibility. If you choose "Only the owner can view", it will be visible to you only.

  3. Click to copy the shared link and send to others after turning on shared link.

Instruction for shared link

Public

Everyone is allowed to view your certificate via URL or scanning QR code on your certificate.

Time-Limited Public

Those who have the link can view your certificates in 48 hours. After 48 hours, it will be turned off automatically.

Only people with access can open with the link

After selecting this setting, you can enter an email address to send the link to specific individuals for viewing. Alternatively, people who wish to view your certificate can submit a request, and they will only be able to view it after receiving your permission.

【Notes】 When someone request for inspection, you will receive a notification email. You can decide if you want to allow the request depends on the applicants' account. After allowing this account, the account holder is allowed to view your certificate. Even after approving the request, you can still deny it or remove the authorized account.
