Add a new binding email

  1. Enter "Profile" to bind an email, and click "Add/Bind a new Holder ID"

  2. Verify the email after entering it, then head to email to receive verification code and the system will show all the certificates that are bound to this email automatically.

【Notes】After registering the account, that account will become your first certified account automatically.

FAQ:

Q1:After binding an email, there is no certificate appearing

A:Please ensure that you enter the certified email which received notifications so that your certificate will appear on the platform.

Q2:Can I bind more than one email account?

A:If you have several certified emails, you can add a new email account in your profile, then your certificates will all be gathered in one account.
