You can select whether the system will automatically send a notification to the Holder upon the completion of credential blockchain registration. The notification method varies based on the Holder ID type.

The notification method varies based on the Holder ID type. For email ID type, a credential notification will be sent via email. For mobile number IDs, a credential notification will be sent via SMS.

Enter Certificate's Name

The certificate name will be shown publicly in both the email and on the platform. Please enter a formal name.

Set Certificate Viewing Permissions

  1. Set the viewing permission to "Public", anyone with the link can view the certificate.

  2. Set the viewing permission to "Private", and the certificate holder needs to log in to the platform to view it.

Send Notifications Mail to Receivers Directly

  1. Turn on the automatically send the notification function. After completing issuance, our system will notify the receivers to log in to the Turing Certs platform to check their certificates.

  2. If you don't want to issue the certificate immediately, you can turn off the function.

【Note】 Issuer needs to notify the receivers if this function is turned off.

Notification Letter Containing Certificate File Download Link

Once opened, the certificate holder can download the PDF file of the certificate directly from their email.

If the certificate is set to private, scanning the QR code on the PDF will not allow access to view the certificate. The holder must log in and bind the certificate on the platform before it becomes viewable.

Edit Notification Email Subject and Content (Email ID Only)

The sending function will use the system email address. Issuing organizations can customize the content of the notification email. The email subject and content will be applied uniformly to all certificates in the same batch.

When using Email ID, the subject line is limited to 150 characters and the email body to 500 characters.

Enter Issuance Secret Key

  • Enter the issuance secret key to issue the credentials.

【Note】 The issuance key is not the platform login password, and it will be provided when the account was created.
