Download the Example CSV

  1. Click "Download Spreadsheet" and you can enter the certificate holders' information into the CSV without renaming the columns' names.

【Note】 If you create a CSV file on your own, please ensure that each columns' name are exactly same as the column names in the example file.

Fill in Information

  1. Fill in recipients' email address.

  2. Please enter the certificate holder's name in the name field

  3. Please fill in the corresponding name of PDF file in the fileName column, the file name must not be repeated.

【Note】 Email is the default column serving as individual identities records. If there is no other context, you only need to upload email information.

Save as CSV files

After entering the information, save them as a CSV file.

Q: Encounter difficulties when saving files?

We have several suggested steps, please refer to your computer operating system.

for Windows user

  1. Click the example CSV file and fill in the information.

  2. After the edition, you have to choose "Save as new files".

  3. Choose CSV (*csv) as the format.

  4. Click the "Tools" icon and choose "Web".

  5. Switch to the code page and select Unicode (UTF-8).

  6. If a window pops up saying it will delete some words, please click "Yes" to proceed.

If you still cannot inspect the files, you can try the following steps.

  1. Save the file in the CSV format and close the file.

  2. Right-click the file and open the file as a notebook.

  3. Open the files and click save as......

  4. Select UTF-8 and save it as a CSV file.

for Mac user

  • Edit the file via Numbers

  • Open "example CSV file" and fill in the information.

  • Select "File" and click "export to..." then choose CSV file.

  • Select "Unicode (UTF-8)" and save the file.

  • Edit via Microsoft Excel (Use the latest version of Office365)

  • Open "example CSV file" and fill in the information.

  • Select "File" and click "save as..."

  • Select format as CSV UTF-8.

Import the CSV file

  1. Return to the platform page, and import the CSV file.

Preview the Certificates

  1. After uploading the certificates, the system will automatically show the information.

  2. If you need to upload another CSV file, please click "Import Spreadsheet" again.

Click and you can preview the certificate.
