You can select whether the system will automatically send a notification to the Holder upon the completion of credential blockchain registration. The notification method varies based on the Holder ID type.
The batch name will be publicly displayed, shown directly in the email and on the platform. Please enter a formal name.
You may enter remarks for this batch of credentials. These remarks are only visible to the issuer and will not be displayed on the credential.
Set to "Public" so that anyone with the link can view the credential.
Set to "Private," requiring the holder to log in to the platform to view the credential.
After issuance, the system will automatically notify the holder via email/SMS to retrieve the credential from the platform.
If you do not want to notify the holder immediately after issuing the credential, you may disable the automatic notification. 【Note】 Issuer needs to manually notify the holder if disabling the automatic notification.
When enabled, the holder can download the credential PDF file from the notification email.
The notification email will be sent from Turing Certs system. The Issuer can edit the subject and content of the notification email.
The email subject and content will be uniformly used for all credentials in this batch.
You can send a test notification to preview the notification.
Test notification emails can only be sent to this issuing account; there are no restrictions for phone numbers.
Enable the automatic sending of reminders
Select the date on which the reminder mail will be sent, the date should be within 30 days from the day after the issuance of the certificate.
On the set date, recipients who have not yet accessed their certificates will receive a letter reminding the recipients to access their certificates.
Enter the issuance secret key to issue the credentials.
