Track Issuance Status

Check issuing status

  1. Check the issuing progress of your certificates.

The issue process will run in the background when the window is closed.

Clicking Cancel will end issuance process, revoke all issued certificates.

Notification Delivery Report

  • A Delivery Report will be automatically sent to Issuer's mailbox around 3 hours after the issuance is completed.

Stats shown are captured exactly 3 hours after issuance completed. Due to ongoing processes, current numbers in mail and platform may differ.

View notification delivery status

  • Enter Certificates Group to see notification delivery status.

  • The status and description can be viewed in Issuance History tab for details.

Resend the notification

  • View the number of Credential not yet claimed in Certificate Group Overview

  • Click "Resend Notification" to send notification letter to recipients who haven't claimed the certificates in one click.

  • The Status will be updated afterward.

Note: If the notification is not sent during the initial issuance, or if the notification fails to be delivered for any reason, no resend will be possible. The maximum number of resend attempts is three. After three times, no further resend can be made.

Re-sending a single certificate

  • When only one certificate needs to be resent, click Resend notification in the Actions Column in Issuance History table.
