Save Certificates to Drafts Folder

During the certificate issuance process, click "Save as draft" to store the certificate in the drafts folder.

Currently, only "Template Issuance" supports the draft feature. Before saving your progress as a draft, please make sure the template design is finalized. Once stored in the drafts folder, only data upload and issuance settings can be adjusted — template design cannot be modified.

View Drafts Folder

  1. Go to the platform homepage and click on "Drafts Box" to view all certificates saved as drafts.

Click to enter a draft group or click to edit recipient IDs and notification email content.

To delete a draft, select the desired certificate draft on the right side and click the to confirm deletion.
