Recipient Management

View Recipient Information

• Click on the recipient management on the Home page, you can view all the certificate holder information issued by your account.

• Click in the operation field on the right side of the recipient information to download the zip file of all certificates held by the recipient.

View Recipient's Receiving History

Check the Binding Status of the Account

• If the mailbox icon is unbound, it means that the certificate holder has not yet logged in to the platform and bound the account.
