  1. You can either download the template file or use your own Excel/Numbers file.

  2. If using your own file, add a column named "expiredTime"

  3. Enter the expiration date for each certificate in the "expiredTime" column.

  4. Make sure the date is in the future, do not enter past dates.

  5. The date format must be either "MM/DD/YYYY" or "YYYY-MM-DD."

  6. If a certificate has no expiration date, leave the field blank.

  7. Ensure you export the CSV file in UTF-8 encoding for successful uploading to the platform.
