What is Holder ID?

When entering credential holder information, you can choose to use either the holder's email or mobile number as their identification.

Flow of using Different Holder ID

Use Email as Holder ID

When the holder's email is entered, the credential is linked to the holder. The holder will receive a notification via email to view the credential or, by register onto the platform and bind their email ID.

Use Mobile Number as Holder ID (Add-on feature)

When the holder's mobile number is entered, the credential is linked to the holder. The holder will receive a notification via SMS to view the credential or, by register onto the platform and bind their mobile number ID.
