Enter recipient information to mass-produce credentials, such as name, student number, email, date of birth, phone number, etc.

Information can be directly entered and edited on the platform or uploaded via a CSV file.

Please note that Holder ID is a required field for the identification of the credential holder. If the credential does not have other fields, only the Holder ID needs to be uploaded.

Data Entry Guidelines for Different ID Types

Guide for email ID type

  1. Switch ID to Email

    • Enter a correctly formatted email address in the Holder ID field.

  2. Email Verification

    • The system will verify the email's validity and display the corresponding status:

      • Valid address: The email address is valid and accepting messages.

      • Invalid address: The email address does not exist. Please check for errors.

      • Temporary Email address: Identified by the email system, it may not receive emails reliably.

  3. Uploading CSV file

    • If opting to upload, enter the email address in the ID field.

    • When uploading the Holder's data file, the system will first check the email format. If the upload is blocked, please review the error message.

Guide for mobile number ID type (Add-on Feature)

  1. Switch ID to Mobile Number

  2. Enter the mobile number in the Holder ID field.

    • For international numbers, select the country code first, then enter the number to ensure the correct length.

  3. Uploading CSV file

    • Enter the mobile number in the ID field.

    • The system will check the number format when uploading the file. If the upload is blocked, please check the error message.

Add Holder ID Manually

-Applicable for issuing a small number of credentials in a single batch

  1. Click "Add Rows" to add multiple rows at once, with a maximum of 100 rows per addition.

  2. Enter the information for the credentials to be issued.

  3. If you want to issue the credentials later, you can click "Download data" to save the currently entered data.

Add Holder ID via uploading CSV spreadsheet

-Suitable for issuing a large number of credentials

  1. Click "Download Spreadsheet" and you can enter the data without renaming the columns' names.

  2. Upload your own created file, please ensure that the columns match the template's columns exactly.

  3. Once data entry is complete, save the file in CSV format.

  4. Return to the platform', select "Upload Spreadsheet" and select the file.

  5. The uploaded data can be edited online. To save the latest edits, please click "Download Data."

Q: Encounter difficulties when saving files?

We have several suggested steps, please refer to your computer operating system.

for Windows user

  1. Click the example CSV file and fill in the information.

  2. After the edition, you have to choose "Save as new files".

  3. Choose CSV (*csv) as the format.

  4. Click the "Tools" icon and choose "Web".

  5. Switch to the code page and select Unicode (UTF-8).

  6. If a window pops up saying it will delete some words, please click "Yes" to proceed.

If you still cannot inspect the files, you can try the following steps.

  1. Save the file in the CSV format and close the file.

  2. Right-click the file and open the file as a notebook.

  3. Open the files and click save as......

  4. Select UTF-8 and save it as a CSV file.

for Mac user

  • Edit the file via Numbers

  • Open "example CSV file" and fill in the information.

  • Select "File" and click "export to..." then choose CSV file.

  • Select "Unicode (UTF-8)" and save the file.

  • Edit via Microsoft Excel (Use the latest version of Office365)

  • Open "example CSV file" and fill in the information.

  • Select "File" and click "save as..."

  • Select format as CSV UTF-8.
