Editing Columns

  • Click to freely adjust the borders and move the field to your desired position. The certificate will be generated based on this layout design.

  • Click on the text box you want to edit to choose the font, adjust the font size, and change the color.

  • The text within the fields is for reference only; the actual content will be based on the uploaded text.

Naming the Column

  • Name each text field according to the content you want to display on the certificate.

  • This name will be used as the field name when importing files later, and the data in the file will be displayed in the corresponding text field.

Why is naming important?

Naming helps you improve efficiency when issuing certificates later. You only need to name the column once, and then future certificate files can be quickly issued by uploading files in the same format.

Set Field as Lock Field

  • Once a field is set as a lock field, its content will match the template and does not need to be edited.

  • All certificates in the same batch will display the same content in the lock fields.

How to Use

  1. Select the field you want to lock, then click Lock Field. A lock icon will appear on the field, indicating that it has been successfully locked.

  2. After locking, the field order cannot be adjusted because it becomes part of the background image.

  3. Click again to revert it back to a variable field.

Difference Between Variable Fields and Lock Fields:

Variable Fields: Typically used for information that varies, such as names, birthdays, etc. Each certificate holder has different personal information.

Lock Fields: Can be used for information that remains the same across all certificates, such as the certificate title or issue date. Once locked, there is no need to input the same information for each certificate.

Note : Lock fields will not appear as input fields on the data upload page.

Changing Field Order

  • Move the cursor over the column block, hold and drag the column to adjust the order.

Deleting Column

  • Move the cursor over the field, click on the operations menu in the upper right corner, and select "Delete" to remove the column.

  • You can also click directly on the column in the template and press "Delete" on the keyboard to remove it.
