Organization Verification Badge

What is the Organization Verification Badge?

The Organization Verification Badge indicates that the issuing organization's identity information has been officially verified by Turing Certs. After the organization submits an application, Turing Space confirms that the account is registered by the organization itself or its authorized representative. Once verified, the badge will appear in the following areas:

  • Issued by Organization page (public organization profile)

  • Certificate details page viewed by recipients and verifiers

  • Recipient's certificate sharing page

This helps third-party verifiers and recipients quickly identify the certificate's issuing source, while enhancing overall transparency and consistency of issuance information.

Eligibility

Currently available only to organization accounts with a Unified Business Number (e.g., enterprises, schools, government agencies).

Application Process

Basic / Premium Plan Users Organization identity verification is automatically conducted by the Turing team during onboarding—no additional application required.

Free Plan Users To enable the Organization Verification Badge, follow these steps:

  1. Go to ProfileIssuer ProfileOrganization Information.

  2. Click “Upgrade Now”.

  3. A upgrade prompt will appear—click “Contact us” to visit official website and fill out the contact form.

  4. A dedicated representative will contact you to assist with the upgrade and verification process.

  5. Once approved, the enabled Organization Verification Badge will appear in the Profile.

Important Notes

  • Organization verification only confirms the authenticity of the account’s registered organization and identity.

  • The accuracy and validity of certificate content remain the sole responsibility of the issuing organization.

  • Accounts without the badge simply indicate that official Turing verification has not yet been completed; all platform functions remain fully usable.

  • Verification typically takes 5–10 business days. If registration details have changed, please contact customer support or your account representative to re-verify.
